The Microsoft 365 ‘Bookings’ feature is a helpful tool for scheduling and managing appointments by integrating one’s Outlook calendar with a web-based booking calendar. This new feature promotes time management by making it easier for people to schedule appointments, as an individual booking the appointment or as administration. While ‘Bookings’ consults a group’s schedule for booking appointments, ‘Bookings with me’ is intended for scheduling one-on-one appointments with individual users.
